To Charge your Darwin Battery
To Use your Darwin Battery with your Darwin Disposable Cartridge
Before Use:
The new battery is delivered ‘off’ to save power
All actions use the silver button on the side of the battery
Do not charge the battery for more than two hours
When you are not vaping, store the battery and cartridge separately
Store your cartridge in its original tube (with the tip facing up) so you can keep track of the oil blend inside
Should your award winning, non-solvent oil cartridge block, know that we’ve developed a solution with our hardware to see you can continue to enjoy. Simply follow the instructions below, set your battery to the highest setting (red) then hold down the button for five seconds. It will loosen up the sticky goodness and allow you to take a draw.
To Charge:
Make sure that no cartridge is attached to the battery
Insert the small end of the universal USB charger into the base of the battery
Insert the USB side of the charger into any USB port, whether it’s your computer or an outlet converter
Be sure that the four metal connection points are facing up and that the red light appears on the battery to indicate it’s charging
Charge for no more than two hours
In case you lose the supplied USB charger, for your convenience you can use any universal USB charger with this battery
It’s good to know that your battery should include some charge when it’s delivered, just in case you want to consume right away
Use your Darwin Disposable Cartridge:
Attach the Darwin disposable vape cartridge to the end of your battery
Press the button five (5) times to turn your pen on or off (when on, one of the white, blue or red lights will come on)
Your pen has three settings which heat the oil at a higher or lower voltage. The heat or voltage can affect the potency and taste of your cannabis medicine, so you’ll want to experiment to find your preference.
Press the button three (3) times to change the voltage (heat). White is the lowest voltage, blue is in the middle, and red is the highest. The voltage can affect the potency and taste of your cannabis, so you’ll want to experiment to find your preference. We recommend the ‘blue’ setting for our Darwin cartridges
When you’re ready to vape, put the cartridge end to your mouth. Hold the button down and inhale. Take your finger off the button when you’ve finished inhaling. If you’re new to vaping, and especially if you’re new to cannabis, take it slow. Inhale and wait 10 or so minutes to see how you feel before taking another draw
Always turn off your battery when you’re finished vaping by pressing the button five (5) times.
